Cuvèe, a “neighborhood” wine bar and bistro, is located within the Acadia Plantation subdivision in Thibodaux, LA. We strive to be the best loved gathering space in our region, offering critically acclaimed food, beverage, and service in a beautiful setting.

Cuvèe is a French term that means a blend of wine. However, when referring to champagne, Cuvèe can mean “the best juice.” Owners, Jody and Dollie Plaisance, hope that the name Cuvèe inspires a lively environment where the "best blend" of food, cocktails, and hospitality create memorable experiences for each guest.

This cocktail is inspired by Dr. Anna Falcon Arthurs ”Green with Envy” a clever blend of Green Chartreuse, St. Germain, lemon & grapefruit juices, house-infused ginger/lemongrass/orange syrup, grapefruit bitters spritz “Chartreuse is a French herbal liqueur available in green and yellow versions that differ in taste and alcohol content. The liqueur has been made by Carthusian monks since 1737 according to instructions set out in a manuscript given to them by François Annibal d'Estrées in 1605. It was named after the monks' Grande Chartreuse monastery, located in the Chartreuse Mountains north of Grenoble, France. Today the liqueur is produced in their distillery in nearby Aiguenoire. It is composed of distilled alcohol aged with 130 herbs, plants and flowers.”
